【摘要】 目的：探索不停跳心外膜微波消融术治疗心房颤动(AF)的临床应用和初步疗效。方法：从2003年4月至2005年4月共对20例合并AF的心脏手术患者在术中进行了不停跳心外膜AF消融。将FLEX10微波探头完整包绕肺静脉入口,采用AFx微波发生器,微波能量65Ws,90s,进行连续性心外膜消融。所有病例均于手术前后行超声心动图及心电图或24h Holter检查,并进行随访。结果：本组病例均成功进行了微波消融,无手术死亡,无手术相关的并发症。微波消融时间平均(17.7±2.8)分钟。所有病例均于术中恢复窦性节律(SR),其中4例术后24小时复发AF,给予胺碘酮治疗。随访6～12个月,3例复发AF。结论：通过不停跳心外膜微波消融术治疗AF是安全有效,有着良好的应用前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To apply the epicardial microwave ablation on beating-heart to treat the atrial fibrillation(AF) in cardiac operation and assess the early clinical effect. Methods: From April 2003 to April 2005, a total of 20 patients with permanent AF underwent the operations. We performed epicardial microwave ablation using FLEX10 probe. The probe was placed around left and right pulmonary orifices, the microwave applation was set 65 Ws, 90s and a continuous ablation line was finished encircling the pulmonary veins. Echocardiography and electriocardiographie examimations were carried out in all patients before and after operation. All patients were followed up. Results: All 20 patients were converted sinus rhythm when the operations were performed successful. Mean ablation time, was(17.7±2.8)min, without any related complications. 4 patients recovered to AF within 24 hours after operation. In the 6 and 12 months follow-up, 3 patients were in AF. Conclusion: Epicardial microwave ablation of atrial fibrillation on the beating-heart is safe and effective.更多还原
