酸化预处理对裂缝宽度的影响分析
Influence of Aciding Pretreatment on Fracture Width
【摘要】 水力压裂作为重要的油气增产措施之一,其目的就是形成一条具有一定长度的高导流能力支撑裂缝。然而对于一些高致密储层来说,由于储层岩石致密坚硬,杨氏模量和抗张强度、地层闭合压力高,要想进行深穿透的大型加砂压裂,井口施工压力很高,通常超过了设计要求的压裂井口、井下工具等承压能力而不得不终止施工。在分析影响压裂缝宽的各个因素基础上,应用酸化预处理技术改变岩石力学参数,同时增加了地层的吸液能力,提高施工排量,达到增加缝宽的目的。保证支撑剂顺利进入地层,防止出现砂堵事故。
【Abstract】 As one of the most important stimulation technologies,the purpose of hydraulic fracturing is to provide a high conductivity fracture with certain length.However,for some highly tight reservoir,because of its high Young’s modulus,high tensile strength,high closure pressure,it is custom that well pressure is higher than the bearing pressure of the subsurface tool,which leads to terminate execution at last.This article analyses every factors that influence the fracture width,uses acid preconditioning technique to change rock mechanics parameters at the same time,ncrease the reservoir water injectivity ability,raise the displacement volume.The increase of fracture width insures that the proppant can enter into the fractures in order to prevent sand plug troubles.
