【Abstract】 By illustrating the tripartite confrontation with three-dimensional netlike new innovation system of science and technology based on one university three systems in the University of Electronic of Science and Technology of China(UESTC),the thoughts and methods which are constructing and perfecting the innovation system of science and technology have been discussed.The conclusion has been gained that the research university must insist on the idea of scientific development to construct the innovation system of science technology.更多还原
