【摘要】 电子科技大学研究院的核心竞争力主要表现在两个紧密联系、相互支撑的方面:1)柔性科研组织能力。即电科院的差异化能力在于具备根据科研发展需求和科研能力建设的需要整合校内校外资源的柔性能力,这种柔性能力通过组织结构柔性化、运作管理柔性化和社会关系网络化予以保证。2)集成式技术创新能力。从技术发展的路径来看,表现在技术开发能力、技术转化能力和技术保护能力等三个方面;从技术领域和类别来看,主要集中在电子系统工程技术、航电系统工程技术、微波毫米波工程技术和军用电子元器件等四个技术领域的重大工程研制和型号新品上。更多还原
