【Abstract】 The market economy system disposes social resource effectively through market. The factors of production gets the equilibrium price through the market relation between supply and demand. However the market is not all-powerful, it also would be failed. The Asymmetric information, the powerful market influence of demander of labor force and too strong employment psychological stress result in the supply inflation of the labor force market, then cause labor force market failing within a certain scope.
