冲击载荷作用下陶瓷面板破碎机理的研究
Study on Breaking up Performance of Ceramic Faceplate Against Impact Force
【摘要】 针对陶瓷作为面板类的轻型复合装甲板,在低速撞击的条件下(vp<700m/s),基于接触力学的Hertz理论与刚性弹丸垂直侵彻的混凝土的萨布斯基公式,给出了冲击载荷作用下陶瓷面板中的应力分布,分析了陶瓷破碎锥角的形成机理,并进行了试验验证。
【Abstract】 Aiming at light composite armor with ceramic faceplate, based on Hertz theory of contact mechanics and Sabusigy formula of the rigid projectile normally penetrating concrete with low velocity(v_p<700m/s),the stress distributing of the ceramic faceplate against impact force is shown,the cause of the cone-shaped zone’s forming is analysed,and that is verified by experiment.
