【Abstract】 As a result of globalization especially the integration of EU,deregulation as well as intensified competition,corporate governance reforms in Germany have been launched since the 1990’s.Institution rigidity and path dependence,however,made the corporate governance reforms not fully turn to the mode in the UK and the USA but adopt a gradual approach.The characteristics,problems and reform measures are analyzed concerning about corporate governance in Germany.更多还原
