混流式水轮机叶片建模与分析
Modeling and Analysis of a Francis Turbine Blade
【摘要】 利用逆向工程方法建立了某电站混流式水轮机叶片的模型,并对其进行了分析。本文介绍了利用逆向工程软件GeomagicStudio建模的方法和步骤,并据此建立了某电站混流式水轮机叶片的三维实体模型。比较结果表明,所建立的模型和实际叶片吻合较好。在此基础上,利用三维造型软件如Rhino等可以获得叶片表面形貌和曲率等几何参数及惯性力矩等力学特性参数,这些参数可以作为对叶片进行分析、研究和维修等工作的依据。
【Abstract】 The model of a Francis turbine blade has been created by making use of reverse engineering method. The blade modeling procedures with reverse-engineering software, i.e. Geomagic Studio, were presented in this paper. Thereby the 3D model of a Francis turbine blade was yielded, and the measurement results prove that the model tallies with actual blade successfully. Through utilizing 3D modeling software to analyze the model, some useful geometric or mechanical parameters can be obtained, such as the shape and curvature of the blade, moment of inertial and so on, and these parameters could be the basis for the optimization, study and maintenance of turbine blade.
