水轮机转轮叶片的表面性能研究
Investigation on Surface Properties of Hydraulic Turbine Runner
【摘要】 研究了表面超音速微粒轰击(纳米化)和喷丸强化两种表面处理方法对疲劳性能的影响,并对沿表面一定深度内残余应力的分布状态、表面组织、硬度变化进行了分析,同时还对每种状态下的抗空化性能进行了试验研究。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the surface treatment methods of supersonic particles bombarding(SNC) and shot peening on effect of fatigue property have been researched.And the distribution state of residue stress within definite distance of the top surface,surface microstructure and hardness change are analyzed.At the same time,cavitation erosion resistance in every state has been tested and researched.
