【Abstract】 The development of PCW-500 welding machine for precision control pipeline welding is introduced in this paper.A feasible project is propound about how to change the traditional matching of voltage and wire feed in gas shielded welding.A new type welding power source is designed with short-circuiting transition and low cost,high efficiency pipeline root welding or filling welding.PCW-500 welding machine is a kind of MIG/MAG inverter welding machine base on being controlled by microprocessor.It also lodges some opinions about how to improve solderability,furthernore,we have been applied to practice.更多还原
