20MnMoNb+304爆炸复合管板穿透裂纹的焊接修复
Repair crack of 20MnMoNb tube-plate
【摘要】 基层为20MnMoNb、复层为进口304钢板的不锈钢复合板,其爆炸后基层出现了严重开裂,但复层未裂的问题。通过分析该复合管板的化学成分和机械性能,并进行了非标准的最高硬度试验、金相分析和模拟试焊,采用890℃×4h焊前空冷热处理、焊后250℃×2h消氢热处理以及最终620℃×4h退火热处理措施,可有效防止裂纹产生。经超声波100%检查修补焊缝,未发现任何线性缺陷,质量合格。
【Abstract】 The stainless steel clad plate,whose base is 20MnMoNb and cladding is import 304 steel plate,appears serious crack after a large explosion,but its cladding doesn’t crack.It can effectively prevent cracking,by analyzing the chemical and mechanical performance of this clad plate,carrying on the non-standard highest hardness test,metallographic analysis and simulation welding test,and using 890 ℃×4 h preweld air-cool heat treatment,postweld 250 ℃×2 h hydrogen removal heat treatment and final 620 ℃×4 h the annealing heat treatment.After the ultrasonic wave 100% inspecting repairing weld,nothing linear flaw is discovered and the quality is qualified.
