【Abstract】 On the basis of the practical structure of O section flux-cored wire,the effects of overlap edge of steel strip on arc profile and droplet transfer mode were given in detailed formulation.The reasons that welding defects such as sputtering,gas porosity can be induced by the overlap edge of steel strip were discussed.The methods to reduce welding defects such as sputtering,gas porosity wereput forward basing on a self-shielded flux cored wire successfully developed by the author with good properties.更多还原
