正交试验层次分析法在电阻点焊参数选择上的应用
Application of AHP method of orthogonal trial to selection of parameters in resistance spot welding
【摘要】 采用一种正交试验数据分析的新方法——正交试验层次分析法(Analytic Hierarchy Process,简称AHP),通过对电阻点焊参数中的电极压力、焊接电流及焊接时间之间的关系进行AHP分析法比较,在保证焊接质量的前提下,确定了3个焊接参数的关系和影响权重,为电阻点焊质量控制的3个参数提供了量化指标。
【Abstract】 A new data statistical analyzing method of orthogonal trial referred to as AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) Method Orthogonal Trial is used in the analysis of the relationship between electrode force,weld current and weld time for resistance spot welding.With weld quality guaranteed,the weighing factors of the parameters were determined,which provides quantitative indexes of the parameters for resistance spot welding
