水下焊接脉动送丝机构的研制

【摘要】 研制了一种用于水下焊接的脉动送丝机构。仿真试验表明,该机构能准确地按照“一送一停”的方式稳定送丝。同时,送丝机构的控制系统与水下焊接专用电源相配合,停止送丝时,焊接电源输出高电平,焊丝返烧并形成熔滴;开始送丝后,焊接电源输出低电平,熔滴依靠送丝动量向熔池过渡。水下焊接结果显示,采用该送丝机构能控制短路频率,焊接电流电压波形工整,焊接过程稳定,水下焊接成形美观。

【Abstract】 A pulsed-wire feeding machine for underwater welding has been developed.It is shown in simulations that this machine can feed exactly and stably by the mode of ’run-stop’.The control system of the machine can work synchronously with the underwater welding power.When the wire being stopping,the welding power outputs high level voltage with wire burning back and forming a liquid weld metal drop.After the wire being fed,the welding power outputs low level voltage and the liquid weld metal drop are transferred to a liquid metal pool by the feeding momentum.Underwater welding results indicate that this machine can control short-circuit frequency and output stable current and voltage waveform with stable process and good seam profile.
