双针床经编筒形网眼织物编织工艺及参数关系研究
Study on Predicting Technical Parameters of Double Needle-bar Tubular Net
【摘要】 通过对一穿一空双经绒和双经缎等常用组织线圈结构的分析,研究了双针床经编网眼织物编织工艺参数之间关系,建立了该织物筒径与线圈长度、编织针数和纱线线密度之间关系的数学模型,并采用数学回归方法计算了模型中的系数和验证了方程的显著性。通过这一数学模型可根据一些已知参数来准确地预告其他参数。
【Abstract】 The paper studies the relationship among the technical parameters of double-bar warp-knitted tubular nets by analyzing the loop structure of usual 1 in 1 out double 2×1 lapping and double atlas lapping,and sets up a mathematic model which formulates tubular net’s diameter,number of working needles,stitch length and count of yarns.Modulus has been worked out through mathematical relative regressive method,and the significant has been checked. So it is possible to predict unknown parameter from some known data precisely by this formula.
