钛纳米溶胶对棉织物的抗紫外性能研究
Improving the UV-blocking Property of Cotton Fabrics by Titanium Nanosol
【摘要】 利用溶胶凝胶法制备了钛纳米溶胶,用激光粒度仪对溶胶粒径进行测试,用扫描电镜对溶胶在织物上的状态进行表征,用紫外透射率分析仪对织物的紫外透射率进行测试,实验结果表明经溶胶处理过的棉织物拥有优异、耐久的抗紫外性能,而物理机械性能变化小。
【Abstract】 Titanium nanosol was successfully prepared with organic precursor to improve the UV-blocking property of cotton fabrics by sol-gel process.The particle size of the sol and morphology of the gel on the fiber were characterized by Nanosizer and SEM respectively.The experimental results showed that the treated cotton fabric possessed excellent and durable UV-resistance property after sol treatment without no negative effects on physical and mechanical properties.
