共聚增韧改性聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯的结构及性能研究

【摘要】 以对苯二甲酸二甲酯(DMT)、乙二醇(EG)和聚氧丁撑(PTMO)为原料进行共聚合,得到无规嵌段共聚物PET/PTMO。核磁共振(1H—NMR)分析表明PTMO按投料比以化学连接的方式接到了聚合物大分子链上;DSC的结果表明PET/PTMO的熔点随PTMO含量的增加而降低,其自熔体冷却时的结晶温度Tc在PTMO含量小于8%(摩尔比)时向高温移动,而在PTMO含量为12%(摩尔比)时则小于PET的Tc;通过POM观察到,PET/PTMO所形成的球晶尺寸明显减小。将试样注塑成样条,进行抗冲击性能的测试后,发现PET/PTMO的冲击强度远大于PET,选择添加4%~8%摩尔分数的PTMO,即能显著改善韧性。

【Abstract】 The modified poly(ethylene terephthalate) was prepared from the copolymerization of dimethyl terephthalate(DMT),ethylene glycol(EG) and poly(teremethylene oxide)(PTMO).The result of()1H—NMR showed that PTMO was chemically linked into the macromolecular chains of the polymer,hence the random block copolymers PET/PTMO were obtained.The melting and crystalline behavior of PET/PTMO were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC), polarized optical microscopy(POM) and SPM.It was found that the melting points of PET/PTMO decreased with the increscent of PTMO content,and the cooling crystalline temperature Tc of PET/PTMO shifted to higher temperature while lower PTMO was added(less than 8% mole ratio).The spherulites with smaller size were observed in PET/PTMO than that of in PET,and the more content of PTMO,the smaller size of the spherulites.The impact strength without notch of PET/PTMO showed greatly improved,4% mole ratio of PTMO incorporation made a value of impact strength of 104()kJ·m-2,while the value of PET was only(7.8 kJ·m-2.)
