驱动形式对贴片机动力学性能的影响
Driving Structure’s Impact on the Placement Machine Dynamical Performance
【摘要】 贴片机的驱动形式对贴片机的动力学性能影响很大。在新设计的贴片机结构基础上,分单驱与双驱两种情况,基于多体动力学原理建立了贴片机的虚拟样机模型,并就这两种情况进行了动力学仿真研究。结果表明,双驱结构贴片机相比单驱结构贴片机,所所需电机功率减小,受力状况明显好转。
【Abstract】 Driving structures of the placement machine impact on the dynamical performance. A new structure is designed here, and based on the principles of multi-body dynamics the virtual prototype models of the single- driving and double-driving structure is established. In both cases the dynamical simulations are made. The results show that the double-driving structure needs less power and has improved dynamical performance than single-driving structure.
