【Abstract】 In an image processing system,digital video camera,image acquisition card and microcomputer are used for real-time image acquisition,gray histogram method is used for obtaining the target image containing the background image.Multiple image fragmentation methods are used,and several simple recognizers are combined together to utilize the peculiarity of each one.As a result,its recognition rate is higher and time for recognition is shorter.Vehicle license plate recognition is taken as an example in the paper.更多还原
