铁心式杯状纵磁真空灭弧室触头磁场特性

【摘要】 提出一种新型带铁心结构的杯状纵磁真空灭弧室触头,在触头杯中加入三种排列方式的铁心片——放射排列、平行排列和偏心排列。采用三维瞬态有限元法研究铁心排列方式和铁心设计参数对纵向磁场和滞后时间的影响。研究的铁心片设计参数包括数量、长度、厚度、高度、间隙及内径等。结论为:①与无铁心情况相比,三种铁心布置方式都提高了电流峰值时的纵向磁感应强度,而且电流过零时的纵向磁感应强度与无铁心时相差较小;②从纵向磁场强度、分布及滞后时间来看,在所研究的参数方案中,三种排列方式中的优选方案指标相接近,而放射排列和偏心排列相对较优。分析结果可为真空灭弧室新产品设计提供参考。

【Abstract】 A new cup type axial magnetic field (AMF) contact with iron plates is given. There are three kinds of arrangements of iron plates——radial arrangement, parallel arrangement and offset arrangement in the contacts. Axial magnetic flux density and phase shift time are calculated by 3D transient finite element method. The AMF is studied with various design parameters of iron plates, such as quantities, length, thickness, distance between plates and inner diameters etc. It is found that: ① Axial magnetic flux density with the three iron plates arrangements is higher than that of no iron plates case at current peak. At the same time their axial magnetic flux density is almost the same with that of no iron case at current zero;②The best case of each iron plates arrangement is close to each other on AMF characteristics, including axial magnetic flux density, AMF distribution and phase shift time. But the cases with iron plates in radial arrangement and offset arrangement seem better. The analysis results could provide suggestions for optimization design of this new cup type AMF contacts.
