基于电流型PWM整流技术的转子变频调速系统
Rotor-Side Variable Frequency Drive System Based on Current-Type PWM Converter
【摘要】 提出了一种基于电流型PWM整流技术的转子变频调速系统,不仅可以提高串级调速系统的功率因数,减少网侧谐波污染,相比于电压型内馈斩波串级调速系统,还可以省去中间直流回路的Boost斩波器,使得系统结构变得更加简单。文中首先介绍了转子变频的主电路及工作原理,并指出其应用于风机、泵类负载进行调速所具有的优点。其次深入分析了转子变频的开关模式及其等效特性,然后给出了基于电流型PWM整流技术的转子变频调速系统的控制框图,最后通过仿真和实验验证了该方案的可行性。
【Abstract】 A rotor-side variable frequency drive system based on current-type PWM converter is presented in this paper. The system can not only improve the power factor and reduce harmonic, but also Boost chopper in the DC main circuit can be removed, so the structure is simpler than the inner feedback chopper cascade adjustable speed system. In this paper, the main circuit and principle of rotor-side variable frequency drive system based on PWM converter are introduced firstly. At the same time, the advantages of the scheme applied in fan or pump are put forward. Secondly, the switch mode and equivalent characteristic of the system are discussed deeply. Then the control strategy of this scheme is analyzed and the control framework is given. Finally, the simulation and experiment result show the feasibility of the technology.
