【摘要】 介绍了一种能有效整合DC/DC和DC/AC两级电能变换的新型逆变器拓扑的四种基本控制时序。详细推导了该拓扑在正常工作时,对应直流输入电压,调制度,输出功率以及直流电感量选取之间的基本关系及设计准则。分析了为实现软开关动作,逆变器在三种直通模式下分别对应出现的最大电流应力。最后给出500W功率的样机设计实例,并通过实验加以验证。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper, four basic control sequences are introduced for a new inverter, which can integrate DC/DC and DC/AC two stages power conversion. The relationship between the DC input voltage, the modulation, the output power,and the inductance of DC inductor are deduced. And the design rule is given. The maximal current stress of the inverter during the shoot through state is analyzed. Finally, a 500W prototype is presented as a design example, and experimental results indicate its good performance.更多还原
