电力电子系统集成研究进展与现状
Progress in Power Electronic System Integration
【摘要】 电力电子系统集成是当前电力电子技术领域人们普遍关注的前沿课题。本文就电力电子系统集成的若干关键技术:如电力电子系统集成芯片/模块标准化、集成系统芯片/标准集成模块关键技术、电力电子系统集成理论与方法等方面的研究进展与现状进行简述。
【Abstract】 Power electronic system integration is an advanced subject which attracts researcher’s attentions in power electronics field. This paper reviews the recent progress and status of the research on several key technologies in power electronic system integration, such as the standardization of power system on chip (PSOC) / module, key technologies of PSOC / standardized module, the theory and method of power electronic system integration.
