基于矩角控制的永磁同步电动机位置控制系统
Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor Position Control System Based on Torque-Angle Control
【摘要】 从直接转矩和矢量控制的优缺点分析入手,提出了以矩角为核心的控制策略,分析了电机的矩角特性和定位特性。在矩角控制的基础上提出了永磁同步电动机的位置控制方案,并用仿真和实验曲线证明其定位性能。此外,为避免三相电流控制时的相互影响,本文以电流矢量作为直接控制对象,通过预测下一时刻电流误差大小,选取适当电压矢量,从而减小了电流波动,获得很好的电流跟踪性能。
【Abstract】 Starting with analyzing the advantages and disadvantages between the DTC and the vector control, the torque-angle control strategy is proposed, the motor’s torque-angle and positioning characteristics are analysed. Proposed position control scheme of PMSM based on the torque-angle control theory proves the positioning performance by simulation and experimental curves. Furthermore, to avoid the mutual affect of three phase current by single control, vector direct control, and proper selection of voltage vector are used. Accordingly minimizing the current fluctuation and better current tracking performance are obtained.
