【摘要】 目的研究nm23和CD44v6在恶性黑色素瘤中的表达及其与淋巴结转移和预后的关系。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测65例皮肤恶性黑色素瘤和20例黑色素细胞痣中nm23和CD44v6表达情况。结果nm23蛋白的阳性表达率在恶性黑色素瘤和黑色素细胞痣分别为40.0%和55.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);伴有淋巴结转移的和不伴有淋巴结转移的阳性表达率分别为20.0%和57.1%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);生存期≥3年的阳性表达率为64.0%,生存期<3年的阳性表达率为25.0%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。CD44v6的阳性表达率在恶性黑色素瘤和黑色素细胞痣分别为67.7%和35.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);伴有淋巴结转移的和不伴有淋巴结转移的阳性表达率分别为86.7%和51.4%,二者差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);CD44v6的阳性表达率与患者3年生存率情况无关。结论nm23蛋白高表达可在抑制恶性黑色素瘤转移过程中起一定作用,CD44v6蛋白高表达则可促进恶性黑色素瘤的转移;检测恶性黑色素瘤nm23和CD44v6基因蛋白的表达可作为临床预测转移的有用指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expression and correlation with metastasis of skin malignant melanoma of nm23 and CD44v6.Methods The expressions of nm23 and CD44v6 gene were investigated by SP immunohistochemical technique in 65 cases of skin malignant melanoma and 20 cases of melanophoric nevus.Results The positive rates of nm23 protein in malignant melanoma and melanophoric nevus were 40.0% and 55.0%(P>0.05).The difference of nm23 protein expression between patients with and without metastasis was statistically significant(P<0.01).The positive rate of nm23 in over 3-year survival rates groups(64.0%) was higher than that in less than 3-year(25.0%).The difference of CD44v6 protein expression between patients with and without metastasis was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion High expression of nm23 can inhibit metastasis of skin malignant melanoma and while high expression of CD44v6 can promote it.更多还原
