【摘要】 目的探讨乳腺癌中Fh it蛋白的表达状况及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法采用微波SP免疫组化方法检测Fh it蛋白在62例乳腺癌及正常乳腺组织中的表达。结果62例乳腺癌组织Fh it表达为36/62(58.1%),正常乳腺组织为60/62(96.7%),两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);伴有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌Fh it蛋白的阳性率为36%(9/25),无淋巴结转移为72.9%(27/37),两者比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Fh it蛋白的表达与组织学分级、肿瘤的大小无关(P>0.05)。结论Fh it表达可能与乳腺癌的淋巴结转移有关,Fh it表达缺失或降低是判断乳腺癌预后的重要指标。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of fragile histidine triad(Fhit) in breast cancer and relationship to clinical pathological factors.Methods Fhit protein expression was detected by microwave SP immunohistochemical method in 62 cases with breast cancer and normal breast tissues.Results Fhit protein positive expression was detected in 36(58.1%) cases of breast cancer,and in 60(96.7%) of normal breast tissues,respectively.There was a significant difference in Fhit protein expression between the cancer tissue and the normal breast tissues(P<0.05).The positive rates of Fhit was found in 36%(9/25)with lymphatic metastasis,and in 72.9%(27/37)without metastasis in breast cancer.There was a significant difference in positive rates of Fhit between the breast cancer with and without lymphatic metastasis(P<0.05).There was no apparent relationship between Fhit protein expression,the histological grade and tumor size.Conclusion Fhit protein expression is associated with lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer,Loss of Fhit protein expression may become an important prognostic marker for breast cancer.更多还原
