【摘要】 目的分析维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼患者房水中β淀粉样蛋白(Aβ)1-40及Aβ1-42与同族白内障对照组及汉族正常眼压性青光眼对照组含量上有无差异,从而对正常眼压性青光眼的发病机制进行探讨。方法维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼患者37例,维吾尔族白内障对照组患者40例,汉族正常眼压性青光眼对照组患者40例。3组年龄、性别差异无统计学意义。采用放射免疫分析法(R IA)分别测量房水中Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42的含量。结果维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼组房水中Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42含量分别为(3.044±1.326)pg.m l-1和(3.302±1.087)pg.m l-1,维吾尔族白内障对照组含量为(5.214±2.355)pg.m l-1和(2.541±1.129)pg.m l-1。汉族正常眼压性青光眼对照组含量为(2.975±1.168)pg.m l-1和(3.136±1.452)pg.m l-1。维吾尔族2组Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),维汉2组正常眼压性青光眼的Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论维吾尔族正常眼压性青光眼患者房水中Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42含量高于同族白内障对照组,但维汉两组正常眼压性青光眼患者房水中Aβ1-40和Aβ1-42含量在种族因素上无明显差异,提示神经变性性疾病可能在正常眼压性青光眼发病机制中起着一定的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To assess the role of βamyloid protein in pathogenesis of normal tension glaucoma by analyzing the level of Aβ_1-40 and Aβ_1-42 in the aqueous humor between Uigur patients and control groups.Methods Aβ_1-40,Aβ_1-42 were assayed in 37 Uigur normal tension glaucoma patients,40 cases of Han nationality normal tension glaucoma patients and 40 cases of Uigur cataracta patients by radioimmunoassay method with antibody against Aβ_1-40 and Aβ_1-42.Results Aβ_1-40,Aβ_1-42 concentrations in Uigur and Han nationality normal tension glaucoma groups and Uigur cataracta group were（3.044±1.326）pg·ml^-1,（2.975±1.168） pg·ml^-1,（5.214±2.355） pg·ml^-1 and（3.302±1.087） pg·ml^-1,（3.136±1.452） pg·ml^-1,（2.541±1.129） pg·ml^-1 respectively.The mean concentrations of Aβ₁₄₀ and Aβ_1-42 in Uigur normal tension glaucoma group were significantly higher than that of Uigur cataracta group（P<0.05）.There were no significant difference between Uigur normal tension glaucoma group and Han nationality normal tension glaucoma group（P>0.05）.Conclusion The levels of Aβ_1-40,Aβ_1-42 in aqueous humor of Uigur patients with normal tension glaucoma are higher observably that of cataracta group.It is not correlate with races of Uigur and Han nationality.The alteration of βamyloid protein in patients with normal tension glaucoma supports our hypothesis that the neurodegenerative disease may play an important role in the initiation of glaucomatous optic neuropathy.更多还原
