【摘要】 目的探讨“蓝碟”手辅助腹腔镜技术在外伤性脾破裂手术中的可行性及临床效果。方法采用“蓝碟”手辅助腹腔镜脾切除技术治疗14例外伤性脾破裂,其中8例合并其他脏器损伤。结果14例全部成功,无中转开腹手术。手术时间45~100(平均70)m in。6例单纯性脾破裂患者术后平均住院7 d,8例有合并伤平均住院13.5 d。本组无手术并发症或手术死亡。结论“蓝碟”手辅助腹腔镜脾切除术在外伤性脾破裂治疗中具有创伤小、恢复快、操作安全、简单灵活、能有效缩短手术时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical efficacy of laparoscopic disc hand assisted laparoscopic splenectomy(LDHALS) for patients with ruptured spleen.Methods LDHALS was performed in 14 patients with ruptured spleen,and among them,8 cases were combined with other visceral trauma.Results All cases were performed successfully by using LDHALS.The median operation time was 70 min(45～100 min).The average hospital stay was 7 days in 6 cases with only spleen trauma and 13.5 days in 8 cases combined with other injuries.No major operative complications and mortality occurred.Conclusion The LDHALS is safe,effective,simple and flexible performed for patients with ruptured spleen.更多还原
