【摘要】 目的检测哮喘患者外周血中IL-4及其变异体IL-4δ2的表达,探讨其在哮喘发病机制中的作用。方法采用半定量RT-PCR技术,检测10例哮喘患者IL-4及其变异体的表达,并与正常健康人群进行比较。结果哮喘患者IL-4表达较健康人群高,而且IL-4和IL-4δ2的比值远远高于健康人。结论IL-4和IL-4δ2表达的相对性可能在哮喘发病机制中具有重要作用,其可能是Th2细胞在不同临床疾病中功能多样性的原因之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expressions and effects of interleukin-4(IL-4) and its alternative spliced variant(IL-4δ2) in patients with atopic asthma.Methods The expressions of IL-4 and IL-4δ2 were detected in 10 cases of patients with atopic asthma using a quantitative nested reverse-transcription polymerase chain reaction(RT-PCR) protocol.Result The expression level of IL-4 was higher in the patients with atopic asthma than that of the healthy controls.The median ratio of IL-4 to IL-4δ2 was much higher in the patients with atopic asthma compared with that of the healthy controls.Conclusion The relative expression of IL-4 and IL-4δ2 may play an important role in the mechanism of the pulmonary pathology in patients with atopic asthma,and may be one of the reason for the functional diversity of Th2 cells in different clinical conditions.更多还原
