【Abstract】 The unclear position taken by the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council(SASAC) has produced many problems since its setup.The paper analyzes three types of classic collisions of positions and indicates the main problems caused by these collisions.Based on such analysis,the paper makes the suggestions that SASAC should speed up the legislation and build up the reasonable three-level framework of administration and so on.更多还原
