【Abstract】 The quick development of municipal modernization and industrialization,which has resulted in the quickly increasing amount of hazardous wastes,has great adverse impacts on the human being and environment.This article tries to reply how to control the impacts in the bound as least as possible, how to use foreign advantageous experiences for reference to guide China to change the production mode of resource wasting and the consumption mode of "using it and then abandoning it"and how to take the cycling economy mode so as to realize the minimization of the amount and hazards of hazardous waste and the economic and social development of sustainability.更多还原
