Though our country has made considerable headways in higher education,many problems of higher education are exposed to the light,which attributes to the legal crisis of the university developing ideas depending on the realism at the age of knowledge economy.The above problems can be dissolved by relying on the university scientific developing ideas,whose construction should be based on the understanding of the connotation of their hard coreand the improvement of their protection belt.
