铝合金稀土转化膜成膜因素对膜层性能的影响
Effect of factors in forming rare earth conversion coat- ing on aluminium alloy on its properties
【摘要】 通过正交实验研究了铝合金稀土化学转化膜成膜因素对转化膜性能的影响,获得了以下最佳配方:ρ(CeCl3)= 15 g/L,H2O2的体积分数为50 mL/L,ρ(柠檬酸)=2 g/L,θ=50℃。实验结果表明,H2O2的含量对转化膜厚度和硬度的影响最为显著,在体积分数为50 mL/L时膜厚和硬度的值最大;CeCl3的质量浓度对膜层厚度和膜层Rp值影响较大,随CeCl3浓度的升高膜厚和邱值增加;温度对膜层阻抗谱影响较为明显,随温度升高Rp值下降;柠檬酸的含量对膜层硬度和Rp值都有较大的影响,当其质量浓度为2 g/L时,所得膜层硬度最大、Rp值最高。
【Abstract】 The effect of factors in forming rare earth conversion coating on aluminium alloy on its properties were studied by the orthogonal tests. The optimum formula gained from orthogonal tests is as follows: 15 g/L, CeCl3 of 50 mL/L of H2O2 by volume fraction, 2 g/L citric acid of, temperature of 50℃. Test results show that the content of H2O2 has a great effect on coating ’ s thickness and hardness. Both thickness and hardness are up to the greatest at 50 mL/L of H2 O2. The mass concentration of CeCl3 has a great effect on coating’ s thickness and Rp value. Coating’ s thickness and Rp value are increased with increasing mass concentration of CeCl3. Temperature also obviously affects the EIS results of the film, and a higher temperature leads to a lower Rp value. The mass concentration of citric acid has great affect on both hardness and Rp value, and in 2 g/L citric acid solution the coating has the highest hardness.
