高效脱漆剂的制备和腐蚀性研究
Preparation of high-efficiency paint remover and its corrosion property
【摘要】 以氯代烷为主溶剂、烷基醇为助溶剂、有机酸为促进剂、含氮和硫的有机化合物为缓蚀剂合成了一种新的脱漆剂。分别研究了氯代烷、有机酸的含量对脱漆剂脱漆效果的影响以及不同缓蚀剂对各种基材的缓蚀能力。结果表明,当氯代烷的质量分数为70%、有机酸的取值范围为8%~10%、以含氮和硫的有机物为缓蚀剂时,所得的脱漆剂比市售的脱漆剂效果更好、腐蚀性更低。
【Abstract】 A new paint remover was synthesized with chloroalkane as primary solvent,organic acid as accelerator and organic compound containing N and S as inhibitor.The influence of contents of chloroalkane and organic acid on the paint removing effect and the anti-corrosion ability of different inhibitors on substrate were studied respectively.Results show that,the paint remover with the formula of 70%(mass fraction) of hydrochloric ether,8%~10% of organic acid,and with the organic compound containing N and S as inhibitor has better paint removing effect and lower corrosion rate than that of the market sale paint remover.
