表面活性剂增敏光度法测定镀层中的微量钛

【摘要】 以桑色素为显色剂,采用常规分光光度法测定了镀层中的微量钛。研究了酸度、显色剂用量、显色时间及共存离子对测定结果的影响。结果表明:最佳测定波长为405 nm,十二烷基硫酸钠的添加量为10 mL,缓冲液加入量为8 mL,桑色素加入量为2.0 mL。钛在0.03~1.7 mg/L范围内,标准曲线有较好的线性关系,其表观摩尔吸光系数为1.940×104L/(mol.cm)。此方法简便、准确,可用于锌基纳米复合镀层中TiO2共析量的测定。

【Abstract】 The trace titanium in composite coatings was determinated by spectrophotometry with sensitizing surfactant using morin as developer.The influences of acidity,developer dosage,developing time and coexistent ions on determination results were studied.The results show that the optimal wave length used in determination is 405 nm and the addition dosage of sodium dodecyl sulfate,buffering and morin is 10 mL,8 mL and 2.0 mL,respectively.The working curve has good linear relationship when the titanium content is between 0.03 ~ 1.7 mg/L and it’s apparent molar absorption coefficient is 1.940×104 L/(mol·cm).The method is simple and accurate,and can be used to determinate the eutectoid content of TiO2 in zinc-based nano-composite coatings.
