【Abstract】 Local rusting quickly occurs on the surface of the bulldozers and their parts after coating treatment during the period of storage and transport in the open air.It badly affects the entire surface quality of the products.The rusty sites are mostly at the corners,edges and their welding lines.Virtual spraying with high-pressure airless spraying gun at the above sites leads to thinner coating!that can not meet the process requirements.Therefore,it’s strictly stipulated that air-spraying gun must be used for spraying sites of corners,edges,and the welding lines.更多还原
