基于嵌入式技术的工业现场串口设备网络化研究
Research of Industrial Serial Equipment Networking Based on Embedded Technology
【摘要】 以嵌入式技术的广泛应用为背景,探讨了一种在嵌入式μCLinux系统中,实现工业现场串口设备网络化的方案,把串口设备的数据通信置于一个嵌入式网络化装置管理下,以实现数据在串行和以太网之间的无缝转换。在详细分析了系统结构、ARM CPU外围电路后,还详细地阐述了装置系统软件的模块设计。按该方案设计的装置已得到实现,应用结果证明此种设计方案高效可靠,能够满足工业总线设备网络化的要求,方便直观地通过以太网使用和处理串行设备的数据。
【Abstract】 After present some applications of embedded technology,one method using em- bedded system to network the industrial serial equipment is discussed,which park other in- dustrial serial port equipment under the management of one embedded networking device to realize the conversion of serial bus and Ethernet.Besides described the system structure and peripheral circuit of ARM CPU used to develop the software of two CPUs,the paper also analyzed the module design of system software in details.The device was proved working effectively and reliably in application,which satisfied the request and made the data pro- cessing easily and directly through Ethernet.
