提高碱性锌锰电池抗震动性能的研究
Research of improving the anti-shake performance of alkaline Zn-MnO2 batteries
【摘要】 锌膏凝胶剂的品种及配比是影响碱性锌锰电池抗震动性能的关键因素之一。通过与DK200、DK31和DK500三种凝胶剂的比较,新型凝胶剂QS具有优良的抗震动性能。通过优化PW-150与QS加入量的配比,可进一步提高电池的抗震动性能。综合电池抗震动性能和电池放电性能,认为凝胶剂PW150和QS的用量最佳配比为3.3∶1.7。
【Abstract】 The type and proportion of binders in zinc gel is one key factor for anti-shake performance of alkaline manganese batteries.By comparison with DK200,DK310 and DK500,good anti-shake performance of new binder QS was found.By optimizing the proportion of PW150 to QS,the anti-shake performance was further improved.Taking into account of anti-shake performance and discharge performance,the best proportion of PW150 to QS is thought to be 3.3∶ 1.7.
