【摘要】 目的探讨结肠损伤诊治经验。方法对1990~2004年收治的27例结肠损伤的临床资料作回顾性分折。结果闭合性损伤19例,开放性损伤6例,医源性损伤2例。其中多发伤或多脏器伤14例,合并休克3例。手术确诊21例,术前确诊6例。行一期修补或肠切除吻合术22例,结肠造瘘2例,修补外置1例。死亡2例(术中、术后各死亡1例),切口感染2例,肠瘘1例。结论早期诊断、及早手术、仔细探查、选择正确术式是结肠损伤治疗的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of colon trauma. Methods:Clinical data of 27 patients with colon trauma hospitalized during 1990 to 2004 were analyzed retrospectively. Results:There were 19 cases of close injury, 6 cases of open injury and 2 cases resulting from iatrogenic agent. Of 27 patients, multiple injures or multiple viscera injures were found in 14 cases, and shock in 3 cases. 21 patients were diagnosed during operation while other 6 cases before operation. Primary repair or resection and anastomosis were performed in 22 cases, colostomy in 2 cases, repair and exteriorization in one case. Two patients died (one during operation and one postoperation). Infection occurred in 2 cases and colon fistula in one case. Conclusion:It is a key point to salvage injured colon with early and accurate diagnosis, emergency operation, careful exploration during operation and correct choice of operation mode.更多还原
