橡胶压块机机电液系统设计与应用
Design and application of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system for rubber press
【摘要】 在分析橡胶压块机的工艺原理及压块机主机结构等现有技术的基础上,采用多学科综合研究方法,综合阐述了国内外压块机机电液三方面的技术水平和设计理念,完成了插装阀液压动力系统的设计和PLC电控系统的可靠性设计。通过应用实践验证设计的正确性和合理性,可在其他类型的打包压块机推广使用。最后提出了压块机机电液控制系统尚需解决的问题和研究内容。
【Abstract】 On the base of the analysis on the existent technique of process principle and brief structure of rubber press, technology levels and design theory of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic system are expounded simultaneously by combining with multi-discipline research method, and then the design of cartridge valve hydraulic dynamic system and reliability design of PLC electrical control system are worked out. The correctness and rationality of the design are verified through the application practice, and the technique can be popularized in other type of packing press. At last, the problems to be solved and research contents of the electrical and hydraulic control system for the press are brought out.
