高压芒刺静电场对萌发大豆种子及其淀粉酶活性的影响
Effects of high voltage prick positive electrostatic fields on activity of budding soybean seeds and amylase
【摘要】 研究了高压芒刺静电场(High voltage prick positive electrostatic field,PESF)对萌发大豆淀粉酶活性(Amylase activity)及发芽势、发芽率、芽长和芽干重的影响.采用不同强度的正高压芒刺静电场作用于萌发过程中的大豆种子,在种子萌发的第2天和第3天分别测量其发芽数和芽长,烘干后称量芽干重,计算了其发芽势及发芽率,并用比色法测定了淀粉酶活力.结果表明:2 kV处理时芽干重、芽长、发芽势、发芽率最高;4 kV处理萌发过程中大豆种子(α+β)-淀粉酶活性最大;而α-淀粉酶和β-淀粉酶分别在2 kV处理和4 kV处理时活性最大.因此,一定强度处理的正高压芒刺静电场对大豆的萌发有促进作用.
【Abstract】 The influence of budding soybean amylase activity,Germination potential,Sprout ratio Length of sprouts and dry weight of sprouts under high voltage prick electrostatic field were studied.Positive high voltage prick electrostatic field whit different intensity function to the process of budding of soybean seed,measured Germination potential and Sprout ratio respectively at the second and third day of the bourgeon,measured dry weight of sprouts after drying;and Amylase activity measured by colorimetric method.The result indicates the 2 kV positive high voltage prick electrostatic field get the best of dry weight of sprouts,Length of sprouts,Germination potential and Sprout ratio;α+βamylase of budding soybean activity is biggest when high voltage prick electrostatic field is 4 kV,αamylase and-βamylase of budding soybean activity is biggest when high voltage prick electrostatic field is 2 kV.Therefore in the process of budding soybean,the certain intensity high voltage prick electrostatic field can promote the enhance of bourgeon of soybean seed.
