【Abstract】 To establish a quantitative method to determine the content of gallic acid in Ershiwuwei Datang powder.The content of gallic acid in Ershiwuwei Datang powder was determined by HPLC.The separation was performed on Kromasil C18 column with a mobile phase of methanol-water(5:95) and detected at wavelength of 274 nm.The linearity of the method was good at range of 0.020 6～0.247 2 μg and the average recovery of gallic acid was 98.8%,RSD was 1.1%.The method is convenient,accurate,and can be used for the determination of gallic acid in Ershiwuwei Datang powder.更多还原
