抑制BGO探测器γ能谱峰位漂移的实验研究
Experimental studies of suppressing the peak-shifting in the energy spectrum of γ rays of the BGO detector
【摘要】 对调节光电倍增管的高压和主放大器放大倍数来抑制BGO探测器γ能谱因温度改变而引起的峰位飘移进行了实验研究.用137Cs和60Co做放射源,研究了当主放大器放大倍数一定时,γ能谱峰位和半宽度随高压值的变化关系;当高压值一定时,峰位和半宽度随放大倍数的变化关系;当放大倍数和高压值一定时,γ能谱峰位和半宽度随温度的变化关系.结果表明:改变光电倍增管的高压和主放大器的倍数都会使峰位值和半宽度发生改变;调节主放大器的高压和主放大器的倍数可以补偿峰位值和半宽度.
【Abstract】 The study shows that the peak-shifting in the energy spectrum of γ-rays of the BGO detector,caused by temperature variation,can be suppressed by successful applied to the gain of the main amplifier.Many experiments with 137 Cs and 60 Co sources were done and found the relations of the peak of γ-ray,half width,enlarge multiple,high voltage and temperature.Furthermore,it has been successful applied to the experiment in nuclear technology,and it would also be useful in others-fields.
