【摘要】 我国农村社会经济发展的历程,实际上是一部农地产权制度变迁的历史,从土地改革到家庭承包制,初步建立了一套基本适合中国实际的农地产权制度。研究表明,我国现阶段农地产权制度创新的空间只能沿着这一方向推进:一是在农地集体所有制的前提下寻求更有效地实现形式;二是在家庭经营不变的基础上探求农地资源有效地配置方式和有利于实现农业现代化的农地利用形式。更多还原
