酸浆果萼水溶性多糖提取工艺的比较

【摘要】 采用热水浸提法、超声提取法和酶提法进行酸浆果萼多糖的提取。结果表明:热水浸提法在90℃、加水15倍、浸提6h时多糖得率最高,可达2.920%;用超声波提取技术浸提,以功率300W、超声时间25min、料液比1∶15(W∶V)时得率最高,达3.367%;酶法提取多糖时,选用木瓜蛋白酶提取效果最好,得率可达8.581%,Sevag结合酶法可大大提高除蛋白率;大孔吸附树脂LSA-8B可有效提高脱色率和多糖保留率。

【Abstract】 The extraction effects of polysaccharides from the hulls of Physalis alpepengi var. francheti were compared by hot water extraction,supersonic wave extraction and enzyme extraction. Result showed that the optimal conditions for hot water extraction of water-soluble polysaccharides are obtained as: adding water ratio 1∶15, extraction temperature 90℃, duration of extraction 6h, and the highest extraction ratio of polysaccharides was 2.920%. The optimal conditions of supersonic wave extraction are obtained as: adding water ratio 1∶15(W∶V), power of supersonic 300W, duration of extraction 25min, and the highest extraction ratio was 3.367%. The extraction effect of papain is better than that of other enzymes, and the highest extraction ratio of polysaccharides was 8.581%. Sevag method combined with enzyme method can significantly increase the removal rate of protein, and macroporous adsorption resin(LSA-8B)can obviously increase decoloration rate and polysaccharides holding rate.
