热壁加氢反应器的断裂损伤分析
Fracture Damage Analysis of Hot-wall Hydrogenation Reactor
【摘要】 针对热壁加氢反应器封头与接管连接处存在裂纹的情况,进行了产生断裂损伤原因的分析.对存在裂纹的热壁加氢反应器进行了应力计算和安全评定,对疲劳裂纹扩展寿命进行了估算,计算了其剩余寿命。分析表明,尽管热壁加氢反应器存在裂纹,似从工程角度存在安全隐患,但从理论上还可以安全使用7a多,研究结果可为指导安全生产提供可行的科学参考。
【Abstract】 Aiming at the cracks in the head and nozzle of hot-wall hydrogenation reactor, the cause of fracture damage was analysed, and stress calculation and safe evaluation were made for hot-wall hydrogenation reactor with cracks. Moreover, the extending life of fatigue crack was estimated and the residual life was calculated. Result showed that a reactor could be used safely for more than 7 years in theory though there were cracks and trouble of security in practice.
