【Abstract】 A flood risk warning system based on the computer telephone integration (CTI) technology is designed. On the basis of the flood forecast and control system for reservoirs, the concept and functions of call center are introduced. By use of the CTI technology, the call center is combined with the flood forecast and control system for the construction of a public-oriented flood risk warning system.
