基于DSP和USB2.0接口的水轮机调速器测试装置
Test Equipment for Governors of Hydraulic Turbines Based on DSP with the USB2.0 Communication Interface
【摘要】 准确测试水轮机调速器特性和性能是水电站安全生产的重要保证之一。文中从水轮机调速器性能测试的实时性要求强、精度要求高以及应用灵活方便等需要出发,研究了利用TI公司的 TMS320F2812 DSP及Cpress公司的EZ-USB SX2T,系列USB2.0接口芯片CY7C68001开发水轮机调速器测试装置的基本方法。该装置实现了较传统方式更经济和更高速的数据采集、处理及传输。
【Abstract】 Precise testing of the characteristics and performances of governors for hydraulic turbines is of great significance to the safe operation of hydropower stations. For the need of real time, precise and convenient test, test equipment for governors is developed based on TMS320F2812 (the TMS320C28x TM DSP generation of TI Incorporation) and CY7C68001 (the SX2TM USB interface device of Cypress Corporation). The equipment has more advantages in data acquisition, processing and transfer than traditional modes.
