【摘要】 集成创新是目前我国企业开展技术创新的一种重要方式。基于企业技术能力的成长过程提炼出企业技术集成创新的三种模式:拷版、渐进和突破。从技术战略角度针对不同模式的具体特点进行了研究,提出对应三种技术集成创新模式的企业技术战略:拷版、模仿和领先战略。结合韩国三星电子公司的技术集成实践活动进行了案例分析,认为企业只有通过不懈的技术学习和技术积累,才能促进企业的技术能力成长,更有效地开展技术集成创新实践活动。更多还原

【Abstract】 To innovate the technology integration is an important way to implement technology innovation of the companies in China.Based on the growing process of a company’s technological capability,three models are summed up for the innovation of technology integration,i.e.,copying,evolution and revolution.From the viewpoint of technology strategy,the characteristics of the three models are discussed with three technological policies proposed including copying,imitating and leading.The innovation practice of technology integration in Samsung Electronics is exemplified and proves that the effective innovation of technology integration shall be based on the unremitting technological learning and accumulation to develop and upgrade technological capability.更多还原
