【Abstract】 In tomato fruit four developing stages including maturing green,bresking stage,turning colour and riping stage,the different fruit′s surface colour and five pigment are determined.We discovered that total chlorophyll,chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b and carotenoid are bound up with the fruit′s surface colour,the correlation coefficient are 0.615,0.725,0.636 and 0.91.更多还原
